Pricing Policy
All services are customized to meet your specific needs. If you have long or thick hair, please select the service option that best accommodates your hair type. All service sales are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to all services provided..
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late and have not contacted us, your appointment will be cancelled and treated as a no-show.
Online Booking Information
Appointments can be scheduled online up to 30 days in advance. Availability is updated in real time. To secure your appointment, a valid credit/debit card is required on file. Please note that appointment slots are limited and update hourly.
Indemnification
By booking and participating in our Head Spa services, you agree to release and hold harmless the spa, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
- Injuries
- Allergic reactions
- Dissatisfaction
- Or any other unforeseen outcomes related to the services.
Your attendance implies full consent and understanding of the potential risks, and that your participation is voluntary.
