1) Will you leave my hair wet?

We include a towel dry as part of our service. This process removes
excess moisture from your hair, ensuring you don't leave with dripping
wet hair. If you prefer a blow dry instead of towel drying, you have the option to include that specific service as an add-on.

2) How should I prepare for my appointment?

To prepare for your appointment, we recommend that you wear comfortable clothing and that you detangle your hair to the best of your ability. You know your hair best and we ask that you prepare it, so we can offer you an amazing experience. While we do detangle your hair throughout the experience, excessively tangled hair may deduct time from your head spa session.

3) Do you provide services for all hair types?

Of course! We offers services for all hair types. However, the nature of the service involves constant rubbing in different directions. If you have excessive tangles, it may deduct time from your head spa session. Please choose the service that you believe will fit your needs.

4) Do you work on clients with braids and/or dreadlocks? 

Our services are optimally designed for hair that is worn down and can be easily brushed or combed through. For clients with braids or dreadlocks, we recommend undoing them prior to your appointment to ensure the most effective and enjoyable experience. If you choose to keep your braids, please be aware that additional time will be required as we accommodate their presence during the service. Please note that if you have braids or dreadlocks, you may need to allow additional time to dry your hair at home after the treatment.

5) Do you service men?

At this time, we only provide services to women.

6) Can I bring a friend along?

Appointments are limited to one person at a time.
